These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the winboxmalay platform, including the website, mobile app, and all services we offer. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you as the user and winboxmalay as the platform operator.

By registering a new account, accessing the platform, or using any of our services, you hereby agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are registering on behalf of a company or other organisation, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

These Terms should be read together with Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy ours, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and winboxmalay.

To register and use the winboxmalay platform, you must meet all of the following requirements:

You are not permitted to copy, distribute, publicly display, modify, or exploit any content from the winboxmalay platform for commercial purposes without prior written consent from winboxmalay.

The winboxmalay platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We strive to keep the platform running 24/7 with 99.98% uptime, but we do not guarantee that the service will always be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free.

Winboxmalay will not be responsible for:

• Indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of the platform.
• Any technical disruption caused by third-party infrastructure such as internet service providers, banks, or payment gateways.
• Game outcomes affected by internet connection failure on the user's end.
• Data loss due to hardware or software failure on the user's end.

You may close your winboxmalay account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests will be processed within 3 business days. Any eligible balance will be returned to the registered payment method once all conditions have been met.

Winboxmalay reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account without prior notice if:

• A breach of any part of these Terms has occurred.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• You are unable to verify your age eligibility or identity.
• Your registration information was found to be false or misleading.
• Your account has been inactive for more than 24 consecutive months.
